Private Car Services has many years of experience meeting the exacting requirements of diplomatic and VIP visits. Our chauffeurs are familiar with all the procedures that accompany the handling of VIP arrivals and departures, to/from all UK airfields that handle private and scheduled aircraft of all types - from BBJs to smaller corporate jets.

Our chauffeurs will transfer you to/from your UK address and the private aircraft handling agents' facility, then work with them to ensure that your luggage, after completing the appropriate official procedures, is loaded onto the correct aircraft for departure - or into their vehicle/s for arrivals.

For departures as appropriate, and with ground handling staff approval and escorts, we may be able to drive you directly to your aircraft.

We are also happy to liase with your UK Embassy in the event that you need a member of their staff present when you arrive into, or depart from, the UK.
